Deel 2 Deel 3

We head to New Delhi, where at the DSC university, Professor Alka Tyagi speaks with her students about the conflicts that the greatest warrior of the Mahabharata, Arjuna has.

She also discusses the conversation which Arjuna has with lord Krishna just before the great war of Mahabharata takes place at Kurukshetra. This conversation between the two is a chapter in the Mahabharata called ' The Bhagavad Gita'. She explains them about the symbolism in this tale.

Thus she tells how the carriage of Arjuna and the symbols within the carriage such as: the wheels, the horses, the path, the destination, the rider and charioteer (driver) are all metaphors of life, and that each of us faces a challenge in our modern life.

What is the spiritual significance of the battle which is described in the Bhagavad Gita for people of the here and now?
